With the advent of sophisticated aptitude and personality testing, such as the BALL Aptitude Testing program, it seems inconceivable that someone could choose the wrong career or find themselves in a job they cannot excel at or cannot even do. Yet all around the world I meet so many people who have questions about their careers.
I have made it a practice to speak at groups of unemployed people. I have done this for more than 20 years. I love to inspire others to launch their own business so they will never have to face being laid off ever again.
Yet everywhere I go I meet so many people who question their career choices. They might not find fulfillment in their career; they might no longer enjoy working in their industry; they might be frustrated by the lack of progress or they are concerned they have made an error in judgment in their choice of career.
